The Piano Authority Studio and Workshop is a state-of-the-art piano studio specializing in private & team piano training. The studio includes the Roland KR series cabinet-style electronic pianos. Each electronic keyboard features 88 keys, each weighted to provide the touch & feel of the acoustic piano. The electronic keyboards are integrated via the Roland MTLC-16 Music Tutor Lab Controller, which provides an integrated hardware & software music instruction system. Together, these components offer students a unique & fun way to learn in a private or group, team-oriented setting.

Guitar lessons are also available. Styles include Standard, Classical and Rock. Learn songs and chord structure, notation and finger picking.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are conducted in half-hour or one-hour sessions, depending on the age & playing level of the student. Training includes repertoire, theory, technique, sight reading, & ear training. A combination of traditional & technology-based learning tools are used to facilitate the learning experience.

Team Sessions

The piano workshops provide an avenue for family & friends to learn piano skills & music concepts together in a group/team setting in six-week increments. For some individuals this is a first step toward determining the commitment level they wish to make toward serious study. For others it is a refresher or simply something they've always wanted to learn to do.
